GOVERNMENT SERVICE

• Elected Clerk of the Circuit Court, November 1986; re-elected 1988 and without opposition in 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008
• Appointed by the Governor in 2000 to serve on the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Information Systems Council
• Appointed by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court in 1998 to serve on The Committee on Trial Court Performance and Accountability Committee
• Past President (2000) of The Florida Association of Court Clerks Currently serving on various committees within the Florida Association of Court Clerks 

• Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation.  Elected to the Corporation  in 2003 by Florida Clerks of Court.  The Corporation was established during the 2003 legislative session and charged with serving as an oversight body for Florida’s Legislature and the budgetary functions related to the Clerk of Court.
