Services
What We Do...
The Court Services Division in Martin County handles all court
appearance proceedings brought before the judges. Martin
County has three county court judges, five circuit court
judges and two magistrate hearing officers.
The department consists of ten court clerks and the department
manager who also attends court proceedings when necessary.
All court clerks are cross trained for the various types of court
proceedings listed below.

The employees of the department are committed to providing quality
