Instructions for Using the Martin County Clerk of Courts Plat Image Website

This site contains all officially recorded plats in Martin County. It also contains Right of Ways provided to the Clerks office from the State. All right of way plats are in a pdf format which requires adobe acrobat reader to be installed on your pc. Our index is in a pdf format which will allow you to search for names in the document to locate the images book and page where it is stored.

All other images are named as book and page and are stored in a tif format which is viewable by clicking on the image and either it will ask to Open or Save to Disk. If the option is “open the document”; by selecting that it should allow you to view the image from inside of the web browser. If it only allows you to save to disk save the image to desktop and use you’re Imaging software that came with Windows 95 and higher. The software is located in Accessories and is called Imaging if you open it and select the image file saved to your desktop the image will open.

Warning: Due to the images being plat size and a high quality scans the file size is quite large and will take some time to open over a regular modem.
