All Domestic Relations matters are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. In general, parties wishing to obtain a court order should contact an attorney.

Parties wishing to represent themselves or obtain packets of forms in a Domestic Relations related case may visit www.flcourts.org (under the “Self-Help Center” menu) or the Domestic Relations Division of the Martin County Clerk’s Office at 100 E. Ocean Blvd., Stuart, Florida (first floor, constitutions building) to obtain the necessary forms.

To inquire about the cost of obtaining Legal Packets, please contact our Domestic Relations Division at (772) 288-5660 or (772) 288-5533. Packets and forms are sold for $.15 per Page. Cash, Money Order, or Credit Cards Are Accepted (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express - plus Fee of 3.5% per Transaction).
